Is Villa Eleni rented as a whole house.

Yes.

Villa Eleni Corfu Acharavi is rented exclusively as one private villa.

We do not rent individual rooms, ensuring complete privacy for your family or group throughout your stay.

How many guests can stay ?

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.

It features :

  • 10 bedrooms
  • 8 bathrooms
  • spacious outdoor living areas
  • a large private swimming pool (14 x 7 meters)

How far is the village Beach?

The centre of  Acharavi  is just a 3– minute walk from the villa. You will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, pharmacies, restaurants and local shops within easy walking distance.

How far is the beach?

The nearest beach is approximatively 18 minutes on foot (3 to the village and another 15 to the beach). From there you can also enjoy a beautiful long walk along the coastline towards Roda Beach, famous for its sandy beach and shallow waters.

Is the villa suitable for babies and young children ?

Absolutely. Large families return year after year because children have plenty of space to swim, play and enjoy the outdoor areas. To make your stay as comfortable as possible we provide:

  • 3 baby cots
  • 4 high chairs
  • 1 nursing pillow

This allows families to travel lighter while enjoying a relaxed and comfortable holiday together.

Can we celebrate a birthday or special occasion?

Absolutely! Villa Eleni Corfu Acharavi is a wonderful place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings with the people you love. We simply ask all guests to respect our neighbours and the peaceful character of the area.

Outdoor celebrations during the day are very welcome. However, in accordance with local regulations and out of respect for nearby hotels, apartments and reisdents, quiet hours apply between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

For this reason, Villa Eleni is not suitable for loud parties or amplified music late at night. Our aim is to offer a peaceful and enjoyable stay for both our guests and our neighbours

Is there Wi-Fi ?

Yes. Villa Eleni is equipped with high -speed Starlink Wi-Fi, providing fast and reliable internet throughout the villa. It is ideal for remote work, video calls and streaming.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Villa Eleni.

Is there parking?

Yes. Private parking is available at the villa.

Absolutely! Acharavi offers an excellent selection of restaurants from traditional Greek tavernas to beachfront dining. There are so many wonderful places to eat that one holiday simply is not enough to try them all. We will be delighted to share our personal favourites with you.
